Shop & Shipping Policies

Shipping Info:

  • Currently Cotton Monsters are only shipping within the US & Canada! Apologies for the inconvenience!

  • If you place two separate orders to the same address I will attempt to ship your items in the same box to save on resources. If it’s more than $5 cheaper when combining shipping I will refund you the shipping overage. (Please note-sometimes shipping in larger boxes is more expensive due to size limitations, in this case they will ship separately)

  • After a big shop update it can take me up to three business days to pack up and ship out all the orders. I’m just one human doing this all solo, so your patience is appreciated!

  • Items ship via USPS Priority Mail Service (est. 2-3 business days), USPS Ground Advantage (est. 5-6 business days), OR UPS GROUND (est. 4 business days) — depending on box size and shipping cost.

  • You will receive a Tracking Number after your order has shipped via Shippo. Please realize shipping times are just estimates and sometimes things arrive later than expected. Once a package is out of my hands I cannot guarantee its delivery time.

  • ATTN: Customers in Canada are responsible for paying any and all customs fees/taxes/VAT. Please keep this cost in mind when purchasing. I will also need to collect your phone number (needed for international shipping labels)

  • If you made a mistake with your shipping address at checkout, please email me immediately/ASAP after purchase so I may change it! If the item ships to a wrong address due to customer typing error I cannot be held responsible for the lost item. No refunds will be made unless the lost package makes it safely back to me (less the shipping charge)

  • I normally doodle on my shipping boxes (I hope the boxes bring a little joy when they arrive & along their travel route!) If you prefer your box be left blank, please email me immediately after your order to let me know.

  • If you wish to have a personal/gift note included inside your box, please email me right after purchase! And I’ll be happy to add one for you.

Return Policy:

  • I do not accept returns. (However if there is a problem with your order please reach out right away)

  • Please look closely at ALL the photos of the item you intend to buy and read the FAQs about the monsters BEFORE purchasing. *Monsters are works of soft art made for adult collectors made of upcycled material and are not intended for children under 15 years old or pets.

  • If you made a purchase by mistake and need to cancel your order-please reach out immediately after purchase (within 4 hours please).
